Simon was cosplayed by my good friend Michael. I put together his makeup and outfit. Hambo was made by him.

30 day Challenge for May
180 squats - Day Twenty-one of my 30 day squat challenge complete.
110 Crunches - Day Twenty-one of my 30 day crunch challenge complete.

After feeling nauseous last time, I decided to for-go the weights tonight. Maybe I can use them next week when things calm down a bit in my life.
Weights and sleep deprivation just do not mix.
I think I might do the crunch challenge again next month and switch the squats out for planks. I also might alternate squats and planks for the rest of the summer to see how that goes…but I’m not sure.
